Additional Activities

Stone Tour – Follow the trail of the sultans, slaves and explorers in the winding streets of stone town. Your guide will captivate you by retelling the events that shaped Zanzibar, leading you through the former slave markets, museums and even the home where Freddie Mercury grew up. Whilst tracing the steps of the past you will be able to explore the markets of modern day stone town and enjoy the spoils they hold.

Spice Tour – Zanzibar was once know as the spice island, exporting a variety of spices across the world. Nowadays these plantations are a tribute to the islands past. During this tour you will get the chance to walk through the spice farms where you can touch, smell and taste the different spices and tropical fruits.

Zanzibar Safari- This is a full day trip on a locally constructed dhow, which will anchor to a shallow area where clients can get off and enjoy some snorkelling. Lunch is then provided for on one of the uninhabited islands in the area.

Zanzibar diving is very easy, so all divers from Open Water qualification and up are welcome to join us on this trip.

We also welcome non divers as there is great snorkelling areas around the northern parts of Zanzibar
